Q: Do you provide the alcohol, or do I need to purchase it?
A: Utah state laws require that clients purchase the alcohol themselves. However, we offer dry hire services, where you provide the alcohol, and we handle everything else, including bartending, drinkware, mixers, garnishes, and ice. We also provide a detailed shopping list to ensure you purchase the right quantities and selections for your event.
Q: What is included in the dry hire service?
A: Our dry hire service includes:
Professional TIPS-certified bartenders
Bar setup and breakdown
Mixers, garnishes, ice, and all necessary equipment
Disposable drinkware, napkins and straws
Customized drink menu design
Q: Can you create custom signature cocktails?
A: Absolutely! We love creating personalized cocktails that reflect the theme of your event or the hostโs preferences. Our mixologists will collaborate with you to design the perfect drink menu.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, Shindigs Mobile Mixer is fully licensed and insured, carrying both general liability and liquor liability insurance to protect you and your guests throughout the event.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as soon as possible (at least 2-4 months in advance), especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.
Q: How do I book your services?
A: To book, simply fill out our online inquiry form or contact us directly at shindigsmobile@gmail.com. Weโll schedule a consultation to discuss your event details and customize your experience.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a 50% retainer to secure your date, with the balance due 14 days before the event.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We primarily serve Salt Lake County and Utah County, Utah. Travel within 30 miles of our home base is included in our pricing but we also love a good road trip! If you'd like Shindigs Mobile Mixer to join you where your event is located, contact us so we can discuss the details.

Q: Do you provide bar setups and equipment?
A: Yes! We provide portable bar setups, drinkware, napkins, straws, garnishes, mixers, ice, and all necessary equipment to create a flawless bar experience. We can use an existing bar at your venue or bring our portable satellite bar, we also have a tap trailer and horse trailer bar in the works and will be available soon!
Q: How long does setup and breakdown take?
A: We typically require 1โ2 hours for setup and 1 hour for breakdown. We ensure that everything is ready before your guests arrive and leave the space spotless afterward.

Q: Can we brand the bar with our logo or event theme?
A: Absolutely! We offer custom options for corporate events, weddings, and themed parties. Contact us to discuss personalization options.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: You'll receive a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee, if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date. Cancellations made within 60 days of your event will not be refunded. Reschedules are allowed for no additional fee, as long as your new date is available.
Q: Do you offer tastings before the event?
A: Yes, we offer tastings for an additional fee. Tastings are a great way to fine-tune your drink menu and ensure everything is perfect for your event.
